Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description

We are hiring a Assistant Sales Manager to oversee and lead our sales department at Propverge Marketing. The right candidate will bring strategic thinking, coaching ability, and deep knowledge of real estate sales to help us hit ambitious growth goals.

Key responsibilities:

· Assist in developing and executing sales strategies
· Support the Sales Manager in achieving team targets
· Build and maintain strong client relationships
· Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction
· Guide and motivate junior sales staff

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
· 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
· Proven track record in real estate sales leadership
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
· Proficient in sales performance tracking and CRM tools
