Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager to oversee and lead our sales department at Propverge Marketing. The right candidate will bring strategic thinking, coaching ability, and deep knowledge of real estate sales to help us hit ambitious growth goals.

Key responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets
· Lead and manage the sales team with clear goals and performance metrics
· Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to junior sales staff
· Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement
· Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales with company objectives

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
· 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
· Proven track record in real estate sales leadership
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
· Proficient in sales performance tracking and CRM tools
