Sales Team Lead

Job Description

Propverge Marketing is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Team Lead to guide and motivate our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for achieving sales targets and developing team talent through strong leadership and strategy.

Key responsibilities:

· Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and support
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
· Coordinate with marketing and senior management to align goals
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
· 3+ years of sales experience with at least 1 year in a team leadership role
· Strong communication and leadership skills
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets
· Experience in the real estate sector is preferred
