Sales Manager

Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Manager to oversee and lead our sales department at Propverge Marketing. The right candidate will bring strategic thinking, coaching ability, and deep knowledge of real estate sales to help us hit ambitious growth goals.

Key responsibilities:

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies
· Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
· Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
· Monitor team performance and provide coaching

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
· 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
· Proven track record in real estate sales leadership
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
· Proficient in sales performance tracking and CRM tools
