Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Propverge. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics and design trends, particularly in the real estate and property marketing space.

Key responsibilities:

· Design engaging marketing materials, property brochures, and digital content
· Create visually appealing designs for social media, websites, and presentations
· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop branding assets
· Maintain consistency in brand identity across all platforms
· Work with photographers and videographers to enhance visual output
· Stay updated with design trends and best practices

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
· 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate or marketing
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
· Strong portfolio showcasing branding and marketing design
· Excellent communication and time management skills
· Ability to work both independently and in a team
