Digital Sales Executive (Female)

Job Description

As an International Digital Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating and converting international leads through digital platforms, managing online communications, and building strong client relationships globally. Female candidates are preferred.

Key responsibilities:

· Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media.
· Communicate fluently and professionally with international clients.
· Manage CRM tools to track client interactions and maintain records.
· Provide post-sales support and maintain client relationships.
· Meet monthly sales targets and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications:

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field
· 2–3 years of experience in international sales or cross-border digital selling
· Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
· Strong understanding of international markets and customer behavior
· Expertise in digital communication tools, CRM systems, and online marketing strategies
· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills
· Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones
