Job Description

We are looking for a talented and imaginative Content Creator to join Propverge. You’ll produce compelling visual and written content that communicates our brand’s message and highlights our real estate offerings.

Key responsibilities:

· Develop creative content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website
· Shoot and edit short-form videos for property promotions and company culture
· Collaborate with marketing to brainstorm engaging campaign ideas
· Repurpose content across different platforms to maximize reach
· Maintain a consistent tone and voice across all content
· Stay on top of digital content trends, especially in the real estate industry

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, or a related field
· 2+ years of content creation experience
· Proficient in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
· Knowledge of real estate and audience behavior is a plus
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to handle multiple projects at once
